This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the Teaching Factory (TEFA) in improving the professional competence of teachers in State Vocational Schools (SMK) in Jakarta. Teaching Factory is an educational approach that integrates the learning environment with real work practice to bridge the gap between theory and practice. This study uses a quantitative method with surveys and interviews as data collection tools. The respondents are vocational school teachers involved in the Teaching Factory program. The results show that the implementation of Teaching Factory significantly improves teachers' abilities in both technical pedagogical aspects and soft skills, contributing positively to the development of their professional competence. The study concludes that Teaching Factory is an effective method for enhancing the quality of teaching and aligning teachers' skills with industry needs.
