The startup ecosystem in Peru has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, driven by technol- ogy and innovation across various industries. This article presents a web application developed in PHP, designed to centralize and facilitate access to information about startups, incubators, and investors in Peru. The methodology employed encompasses several stages, from establishing prerequisites to data preprocessing, model selection and training, rigorous evaluation, and the technical development of the platform. The application offers key functionalities such as exploring a comprehensive database of star- tups, detailed access to information about incubators and accelerators, identification of investors, and advanced analysis tools for market proposal prediction. Additionally, it integrates educational resources and allows users to suggest new startups through detailed surveys. The results demonstrate that the ap- plication improves access to relevant data, fosters collaboration among ecosystem actors, and supports informed decision-making. The platform also stands out for its security and privacy measures, as well as its ability to drive innovation and competitiveness in the market. In conclusion, the application has a sig- nificant impact on the Peruvian entrepreneurial ecosystem, and its continuous improvement is essential for the sustainable growth of startups in Peru and globally
