This study focuses on the creation and implementation of a platform to improve personal financial management for scholarship students of the National Program of Scholarships and Educational Credit (Pronabec) in Peru. Using a mixed methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative techniques, the effectiveness and user satisfaction with the platform were evaluated. The results indicated that 50\% of users found the tool useful, 55\% considered it easy to use, 70\% reported a positive impact on their personal budget planning, and 85\% expressed high overall satisfaction. In addition to providing tools for financial recording and analysis, the platform promotes financial education among its users, significantly contributing to improving their financial management skills.
