The topic will include either original researches, reviews, short communications or application notes, reporting original and validated analytical methods of food analysis including but not limited to characterization; geographical origin; traceability; quality; food safety; residue determination; chemometrics; trace analysis; and sampling and pretreatment.
Contributions related to the assessment of new analytical techniques as well as the application of known methods to original matrices are encouraged.
Contributions related to the application of routinely or well-known methods to known matrices are generally not encouraged, except in cases where the results are highly significant.
